Last updated 16 October 2026 · applies to play.theleancpto.com

The short version. The game is free, for learning, and provided as is. Play fair on the leaderboard. Flat-white bids are optional tips. Pro pre-orders are fully refundable until Pro is delivered to you. Nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice.

Who we are

The 12-Week Accelerator is made by Matt Ainsworth, The Lean CPTO (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@theleancpto.com. By using the site you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

A learning tool, not advice

The game teaches lean product practice through a simulation. Its startups, characters, numbers and outcomes are fictional. The case files summarise publicly reported accounts of real companies, and figures are rounded as commonly reported. Nothing in the game, Pro or a lean plan is legal, financial, investment or professional advice for your business. Decisions you make about your own startup are yours.

Flat whites

Flat-white bids are optional tips to say thanks, paid through Stripe. You choose the amount and can change it on Stripe's page before paying. If you paid by mistake, email us within 14 days for a refund.
